The simplex HS-160TS handles 4-side-seal flat bags from 60×80 mm up to 140×200 mm, while the duplex HS-160TSD covers 60×80 mm up to 80×200 mm. Bag size changes are made on the touch screen and by adjusting the forming set, so one machine covers multiple SKUs.

With top spout insertion, the simplex model runs 35–40 bags per minute and the duplex model runs 70–80 bags per minute. Running plain 4-side-seal bags without a spout, output rises to 50–60 bags per minute. Actual speed depends on your product, film and fill volume, and is confirmed during pre-shipment testing.

The SS316L servo micro-rotor pump with reflux and suck-back devices fills ordinary liquids, syrup, enzyme drinks, juice, fruit pulp, jam, honey, sauces such as ketchup and mayonnaise, energy gel, and daily chemical liquids like detergent and shampoo. The duplex HS-160TSD forms two bags per cycle, reaching 70–80 spouted bags per minute with a maximum bag of 80×200 mm and 30 ml fill, and uses two servo pump fillers and two spout feeders. Choose simplex for larger sachets and duplex for high-volume small formats.

Standard terms are an agreed initial payment on contract signing with the agreed balance paid before shipment. After the deposit is received, INMAYPACK builds the machine, tests it with your product samples and packaging film, and sends test videos for approval; delivery is approximately 70 working days from deposit. Warranty coverage, replacement-part responsibilities and continuing technical support are defined in the valid project proposal and contract for the approved configuration.
