The HS-180 handles liquid, powder, granule and paste products by mounting the matching filling system: piston pump for liquids, auger screw feeder for powders, volumetric cup or weigher for granules, and rotor pump for pastes. Typical applications include sauces, drink powders, seeds, pharmaceutical powders, shampoo, detergent and pesticides.
The HS-180 runs at 40–70 bags per minute depending on product and pouch size. It forms pouches from 60×80 mm up to 180×220 mm with a maximum fill volume of 400 ml, drawn from roll film up to 440 mm wide on a 400 mm diameter reel.
As standard, the HS-180 produces 3-side seal and 4-side seal flat sachets from heat-sealable roll film such as polyethylene and multilayer laminates. Optional modules add zipper flat bags, tear notch, euro hole punch for peg-hook display, and date coding via UV laser printer.
The HS-180 is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC with a Weinview touchscreen HMI. Film pulling uses a Panasonic servo motor and motion controller, speed regulation uses a Schneider frequency converter, and sensing, sealing and pneumatics use Sick photoelectric switches, Fuji temperature controllers, Festo pneumatic components and SKF/IGUS bearings.
Every HS-180 carries a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects on all parts. During the warranty period, INMAYPACK ships free replacement spare parts by international express within 10 days of a confirmed claim. A vulnerable spare parts kit is delivered with the machine, and on-site installation, commissioning and a 2-day operator training course are available.

Orders are confirmed with a 40% T/T initial deposit; INMAYPACK then validates dose, sachet size and output on your product samples and packaging film during factory acceptance testing (FAT), with the agreed balance paid before dispatch.
