How the HS-130 Packs Liquid Sachets — 5 Steps
- Film unwinding: laminated roll film (PET/AL/PE, up to Ø400 mm reel) is unwound with servo tension control and eye-mark registration.
- Sachet forming: the forming plow folds and shapes the film into a flat sachet; forming, filling, and sealing systems run independently, coordinated by the Mitsubishi PLC.
- Liquid filling: a high-accuracy piston pump doses liquid or viscous paste into the sachet through SUS316L stainless-steel contact parts, with ≤±1% filling variation.
- Heat sealing: temperature-controlled sealing jaws (Fuji controllers) create leak-proof 3-side or 4-side seals suitable for liquid products.
