K-Cup Filling and Sealing Machine CF30
A compact rotary route for your capsule project.
Bring coffee dosing, pre-cut lid placement and sealing into a small rotary machine configuration. Match the cup, lid and coffee to build the right starting point for your single-serve coffee production.
- Small rotary platform
- Pre-cut lid reference model
- PLC & touchscreen control
- Nitrogen connection
Send cup and lid drawings, coffee dose and required output. Tooling and K-Cup compatibility are confirmed with your actual components.

The machine at a glance
Start your single-serve route with a compact platform.
The CF30 is a small rotary coffee capsule filling and sealing machine. The technical table lists 30 capsules per minute, single-phase 220 V supply and a machine size of 800 × 800 × 1500 mm. The reference configuration uses pre-cut lids and includes a nitrogen connection.
For a K-Cup project, approve the complete cup assembly, lid and tooling together. The compact route can be assessed for roasters, private-label coffee projects and product development when the required output fits the tested configuration.
Cup & lid selection
Match the whole package. From body to seal.
A cup within the diameter range still needs the right mold, feeding arrangement and lid. Confirm the complete package before ordering tooling.
Cup body & internal structure
K-Cup and custom cup projects
Check the body, flange, taper, filter arrangement and stack behavior. Agree whether cups arrive with filters already installed or require a separately supplied process.
Pre-cut lid & sealing surface
Approve the actual cup–lid pair
The cup OD reference is 37–68 mm; the lid OD reference is 37–54 mm. A larger cup does not automatically mean its required lid is supported. Confirm the drawing and sealing tooling.
The reference package lists one Nespresso-compatible mold set. Specify your own K-Cup tooling in the proposal. Cup format names alone do not confirm compatibility with every component or brewer.
Why assess CF30
A smaller machine. A clearly defined project.
01 · Site fit
Compact machine envelope
The 800 × 800 mm reference machine base helps with early workshop planning. Account for operator access, coffee loading, utilities and service clearance in the final layout.
02 · Process fit
Coordinated rotary workflow
Evaluate coffee filling, pre-cut lid placement, heat sealing and discharge as one sequence. Match each operation to the approved cup and lid rather than selecting by format name alone.
03 · Budget fit
Configuration you can compare
Separate the core machine, molds, nitrogen equipment, compressor and downstream packing in an itemized quotation. This makes the investment easier to assess.
Working principle
A rotary workflow built around the finished capsule.
These process steps explain the reference route; they do not specify the number or physical arrangement of rotary stations.
Present the cups
Approve cup feeding, orientation and the handling of nested or deformed components.
Seat the cup
Support the body and flange with tooling matched to the approved drawing.
Dose the coffee
Establish the filling arrangement and settings using your coffee and target dose.
Keep the flange clear
Define dust removal and the acceptable sealing-rim condition after filling.
Set the gas requirement
If nitrogen is selected, define the supply connection and flushing arrangement.
Place pre-cut lids
Check lid separation, orientation and placement with the selected material.
Heat seal
Develop temperature, contact and dwell settings for the actual cup and lid.
Discharge & collect
Agree finished-cup collection, selected rejects and any downstream transfer.
Machine design
Six things to review before you order.
Design review · 01
PLC & touchscreen control
The description lists PLC control, a touchscreen interface and multiple monitoring points. Approve the actual alarm, stop and restart behavior for the supplied build.
Design review · 02
Coffee-matched filling
Choose the filler and contact parts around grind, density, flow and target dose. Test dose variation and coffee contamination on the sealing flange.
Design review · 03
Pre-cut lid handling
Confirm the lid OD, stack behavior, curl, coating and placement conditions. Develop sealing settings using the approved cup–lid combination.
Design review · 04
Nitrogen connection
The reference package includes a nitrogen connection. Specify gas supply, flushing conditions and measurement requirements; a generator and dryer are separate options.
Design review · 05
Separated machine areas
The description identifies separated transmission and packaging areas. Confirm removable contact parts, cleaning access and inspection points for the final machine.
Design review · 06
Project-matched molds
The source allows molds to be designed for customer requirements. Agree every cup drawing, format part and lid-tooling requirement before the configuration is fixed.

Product changeover & access
Make cleaning and refilling part of the selection.
Coffee oils and fine particles can build up around the filling path. Review the hopper, filling parts, tooling and sealing area with the operator tasks in mind.
- Identify the product-contact parts and removal method.
- Confirm clean, dry and inspect steps before restart.
- List mold, guides, lid tooling and recipe changes for each format.
- Define flavor or allergen change procedures if relevant.
Acceptance that matters
Test the coffee. Check every finished cup.
Compare machines using accepted output after filling, lid placement and seal requirements are applied.
Fill weight
Run the actual coffee at the target dose. Record sample variation, refill behavior and the agreed finished-weight limits.
Lid & seal
Inspect lid placement, rim cleanliness, leakage and opening behavior using approved production components.
Gas result
If required, measure residual oxygen with an agreed instrument, timing and sampling plan. Validate shelf life separately.
