What is a premade pouch filling and sealing machine?
It receives finished pouches instead of forming them from roll film, then indexes each pouch through opening, dosing, sealing and discharge. For this SG260 project route, spout insertion and cap handling are added to support compatible side-spout doypacks.
Machine suitability depends on pouch construction, spout geometry, product viscosity, fill volume, seal-area cleanliness, target output and the accepted test method—not the model name alone.

How the SG260 side-spout pouch line works
The actual station layout is finalized in the approved technical proposal. The quoted route uses the following functional sequence.
Pouch feeding
A servo-controlled pouch pickup system transfers compatible premade pouches into the machine.
Opening confirmation
Vacuum opening and mechanical assistance separate the pouch mouth. No-open detection prevents filling when the opening is not confirmed.
Metered filling
The quoted servo rotor-pump route meters validated liquids or pastes into the open pouch.
Top sealing and cooling
Two top-seal stages and a cooling stage are used to form and stabilize the finished top seal.
Spout and cap handling
A spout-feeding, welding and servo capping configuration is included for the quoted side-spout application.
Discharge and inspection
Finished packs leave the machine for the inspection and downstream handling defined in the project scope.

Do not select the pump from viscosity alone. Product temperature, suspended solids, shear sensitivity, required fill tolerance, hose length, nozzle cutoff and cleaning method can change the correct filling architecture.

The source quotation lists representative food and personal-care products. Every application still requires product and pouch trials before an accepted output is defined.

If your product contains chunks, fibers or fragile inclusions, disclose their maximum size and concentration before the dosing system is selected.
The spout is part of the process window, not an accessory.
A side-spout project can fail even when the pump is accurate. Pouch opening, spout presentation, weld geometry, cap torque, fill splash and seal-area cleanliness all interact. I would approve the line only after the real pouch, spout, cap and product have been run through one agreed acceptance sequence.

Is this page an SG260 or SG320 machine?
This page documents the SG260 side-spout liquid configuration identified in the source quotation. SG320 and SG320D belong to a separate SG-series reference table and are not presented as the supplied model on this URL.
Does the SG260 form pouches from roll film?
No. This route receives compatible premade pouches. If the project requires a pouch to be formed from roll film, compare the doypack packing machine family instead.
Can the machine fill products with particles?
The quoted rotor-pump reference is described for products without solid particles. A product containing chunks, fibers or inclusions requires a separate dosing review and may need a different pump or filling route.
What determines actual output?
Actual accepted output depends on pouch and spout handling, fill volume, product behavior, pump cycle, sealing and cooling time, cap handling, inspection method and downstream conditions. It should be defined in the project URS and verified during FAT.
Can this system be configured for CIP?
The quoted pump and tank are described as compatible with a CIP-configured route. The cleaning boundary, utilities, recipe, drainability and acceptance method still need to be defined for the supplied line.
What should be included in the FAT?
Use the agreed product, pouch, spout and cap; state the test duration, target accepted output, fill-tolerance method, seal and cap checks, permitted rejects, restart criteria and responsibilities for consumables.
