What Is the HIJ8-200 Coffee Powder Filling Machine?
The HIJ8-200 is an automatic 8-station rotary premade pouch coffee powder filling machine manufactured by INMAYPACK (INMAYPACK). It combines a servo-driven auger filler with a rotary give-bag system to dose and seal ground coffee, espresso powder and instant coffee into stand-up, zipper and flat pouches from 10 g to 2,500 g at 20–60 pouches per minute. Built on an internal grooved cam indexing design with a Siemens PLC and full SS304 stainless steel contact structure to Hygiene scope, it supports air exhaust, zipper opening, pouch-bottom vibrating and powder dusting for clean, airtight coffee seals. Output scope: The source specification states 20–60 pouches/min and a machine-cycle maximum of 65 cycles/min. These are not interchangeable figures. Accepted pouch output depends on coffee behavior, dose, pouch dimensions, auger setup, settling, seal-area cleanliness and FAT conditions.

Coffee Powder Filling Machine FAQ
The HIJ8-200 is optimized for ground coffee, espresso powder, instant coffee, cocoa powder, and other free-flowing or low-fluidity powders. With the auger dosing system it fills 10 g to 2,500 g per pouch. By switching to the optional 14-head multihead weigher, the same machine also packs whole coffee beans and granular products on one line.
The HIJ8-200 handles premade stand-up pouches, zipper pouches, 3-side seal pouches, and flat pouches. The supported pouch size range is 80 to 200 mm in width and 100 to 400 mm in length, which covers common retail coffee formats such as 250 g, 500 g, and 1 kg bags. Changeover between pouch sizes is completed on the HMI touch screen with automatic clamp width adjustment.
The servo-driven auger filler delivers an accuracy of within plus or minus 2 percent for fills up to 100 g and within 1 percent for fills between 100 g and 500 g, with a free scale precision of 0.1 g. Weight feedback with proportion tracking automatically compensates for density variations between different coffee roasts and grind sizes.
The rated packing speed is 20 to 60 pouches per minute, and the internal grooved cam indexing design supports a maximum of 65 cycles per minute with stable running. Actual output depends on the fill weight, powder density, pouch size, and whether air exhaust or zipper opening functions are enabled. For 250 g ground coffee in stand-up pouches, typical production speed is 45 to 55 pouches per minute.
Standard lead time is around 45 working days after the T/T deposit is received. Production begins after the deposit, and before shipment we run factory acceptance testing (FAT) with your actual coffee powder and pouches so you can verify fill accuracy, seal quality, and speed by live video. The balance is paid by T/T before shipment.
Every HIJ8-200 includes a one-year full machine warranty with free replacement of spare parts for mechanical failures, plus lifetime technical service. Support channels include a technical support channels, remote video diagnostics from our Shanghai workshop, and on-site installation and operator training by our engineers, who travel to customers in international markets.
