What Is a Stick Pack Machine?
A stick pack machine is a multi-lane vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) packaging machine that forms narrow tube-shaped “stick” bags or 4-side seal sachets from roll film, doses the product by auger, piston pump or measuring cup, then seals and cuts multiple finished packs per cycle. The INMAYPACK DXD Series covers 1–12 lanes and 20–500 bags per minute: DXD-320 and DXD-750 produce back-seal stick bags for coffee, sugar and drink powders, while the DXD900 and DXD1200 produce 4-side seal sachets for powders, liquids and sauces with a 1–120 ml filling range and ±1% accuracy.
