The YS-61 turns a roll of laminated film and bulk coffee powder into finished, coded, counted sticks in five automatic steps — no manual handling between film and carton.
Film Unwinding & Forming
Roll film feeds through the forming collar and is shaped into a continuous stick tube; a photo sensor keeps printed film registered.
Auger Dosing
The screw filler rotates a programmed number of turns to measure the exact gram weight of coffee powder for each stick.
Filling
