Yes. The standard package includes a connecting and feeding device, so the WZTS-60 links directly with capsule fillers such as the INMAYPACK CF240, CF30 or CF80 to form a fully automatic filling, sealing and cartoning line.
The machine seals cartons with tuck-in paper tongues at both ends as standard, and it is also compatible with hot melt adhesive sealing. An optional Meler hot melt glue unit is available for brands that require glued cartons.
After we confirm your carton sizes and product details, you place a deposit to start production. We then run tests with your actual cartons and products, share factory acceptance videos, and arrange shipment once the balance payment is completed.
It runs on a 380 V 50 Hz power supply with a 1.5 kW main motor, and needs compressed air at ≥0.6 MPa with a consumption of 120–160 L/min. Tell us your local voltage and frequency when requesting a quote so we can configure the electrical system accordingly.
