The INMAYPACK HMK2000 is a horizontal form-fill-seal (HFFS) stand up pouch packing machine that forms, fills and seals standard doypacks, zipper doypacks and flat bags from roll film. What Is a Stand Up Pouch Packing Machine?

A stand up pouch packing machine, also called a doypack packing machine, is an HFFS system that unwinds roll film, forms the pouch, transfers it through opening and filling stations, and completes the final seals. The pouch geometry, film structure, dosing method and accepted output must be validated as one process.

The INMAYPACK HMK2000 is a roll-stock stand up pouch filling and sealing machine for standard doypacks, zipper doypacks and flat bags. Servo film transport controls the indexed film length from the HMI. Pouch width, gusset, seal geometry and forming hardware still have to match the approved pouch drawing and film trial.
