INMAYPACK · ZP rotary premade pouch systems
Turn supplied pouches into filled and sealed packs with a rotary pouch-handling platform. Match the ZP model, filling system and package to your product, then confirm the complete configuration with INMAYPACK.
ZP-8R200 reference: 20–60 pouches/min and 10–2,500 g, depending on the product and selected filler. Accepted output and dose are confirmed with production samples and the agreed test.

The machine and the finished pack
A rotary premade pouch packing machine receives bags that have already been made and indexes them through pickup, coding, opening, filling, sealing and discharge. The ZP-8R200 is an 8-station rotary reference; the selected filler supplies the dose while the packer controls pouch handling.
The machine uses supplied premade pouches. A roll-film form-fill-seal machine makes the pouch during packing. Choose between the routes using your package design, material supply, production target and changeover requirements.
Use the pouch filling system selection guide when the supply method or filler architecture is still open.
Model selection
Start with pouch width, length and the required output. The model columns below have different reference speeds and envelopes; a larger pouch range does not automatically mean a faster machine.

Layout and utility scope: dimensions describe the machine reference, rather than the complete cell. Add the filler, elevator, platform, downstream equipment, access and service clearance. Confirm the electrical supply, compressed-air pressure and final total system load in the issued configuration.
Pouch formats
The ZP technical table lists stand-up, zipper, 3-side-seal and flat pouch formats. Opening reliability and sealing depend on the production pouch, material and feature positions.

Application routes
The pouch machine and dosing device have separate specifications. Select them together for the material, dose, pouch opening and accepted-output target.
Review a selected multihead weigher and product feed for nuts, candy, snacks, coffee beans, kibble or other pieces. Confirm density, particle size, fragility, stickiness and permitted giveaway.
Compare pet food packing routes →Select an auger or another suitable dosing system for the actual powder. Include refill, aeration, dust, settling, contact parts and a clean pouch seal area.
Review auger filling for pouches →Review the pump or metering device for viscosity, temperature, particulates, foam, strings, cutoff, drips and cleaning. Confirm timing and pouch support for the required fill.
Compare liquid packaging routes →The ZP platform table lists 10–2,500 g depending on the product. The separately listed ZM-10 and ZM-A14 weighers have their own ranges. A selected weigher, auger or pump does not automatically cover every platform dose, product or speed.
For broader dosing choices, compare powder filling systems and the auger vs weigh filler guide. Irregular pieces require review of counting or weighing, bridging risk and the usable pouch opening.
| Parameter | ZM-10 | ZM-A14 |

Weigher speed and accuracy are component references; they are not accepted output or guaranteed dosing results for the complete pouch line. Confirm the selected combination with the actual product and pouch.
The source lists feeder-pan and gate choices, collection bucket, top-cone and funnel variations, selected 316 stainless steel or coating options, and feed/chute geometry choices. Confirm the actual contact material, cleaning arrangement and installed options in the component list.

Integrate the confirmed batch/date code when required for the project.
Open the pouch mouth and any selected bottom function; withhold fill and seal after an unsuccessful opening.
Coordinate the filler with the available pouch opening and any confirmed bottom vibration.
Apply the listed air-exhaust and double heat-sealing functions as configured. Validate the material and seal settings.
Release the finished pouch to the agreed inspection, accumulation or downstream handling.
These are functional stages, rather than an exact station-allocation drawing. The issued model and options determine the installed sequence.
Control · Detection · Sealing
The ZP feature list connects motion, pouch detection, operator control and sealing. Confirm the installed functions with the final machine and acceptance method.

Pouch stiffness, curl, static, zipper position, gussets and storage condition can affect reliable presentation. Send normal production samples and include replenishment, stops and restart in the agreed trial.
Confirm the detection threshold, operator response and restart procedure with the production pouch. Agree how unsuitable or damaged pouches are handled during the trial.
