Send the product, package, fill requirement, target accepted output, utilities and destination. We will review the available information, identify missing inputs and define the next technical discussion.
A product name alone is not enough to select a packaging route. The following inputs help separate doypack, sachet, premade-pouch, coffee and integrated-line requirements.
The response depends on how complete the application information is. Unresolved package, product or acceptance inputs remain open until they can be checked.
Review the product, package path, dose, output target, utilities and destination.
Record the samples, drawings, film data, tests or interface details still needed.
Separate the packaging machine, dosing system, line equipment, exclusions and optional items.
Set the applicable test material, conditions, records and acceptance method before relying on performance claims.
If the route is already known, include the relevant page with your inquiry. If it is not known, start from the pouch selection hub or turnkey project boundary.
Horizontal form-fill-seal routes for selected stand-up, zipper, spout and shaped pouch projects.
Review doypack machinesSingle- or multi-lane small-format routes for application-matched powder, liquid or granule dosing.
Review sachet machinesFeeding, opening, filling and sealing routes for compatible preconverted pouches.
Review premade-pouch machinesApplication routes for compatible capsules, K-Cup formats, beans, powder, sticks and secondary packs.
Review coffee machinesUse the selection hub when the project still needs a roll-stock, sachet or premade-pouch decision.
Compare pouch packing machinesDefine feeding, primary packaging, inspection, conveying, cartoning and control interfaces as one project.
Review turnkey solutionsA proposal can only describe the configuration and commercial scope known on its issue date. Machine suitability, output, filling performance and seal results depend on the stated model, options, product, package material, operating conditions and agreed verification method.
Yes. Send the product, intended retail format, dose, target output and available package concepts. The early review can compare likely routes and identify the package, film, dosing and test information still needed. It does not replace a final configuration review.
An initial scope may be discussed from drawings and application data. Any performance-dependent statement should remain conditional until the actual product, package material and agreed operating conditions are evaluated.
State accepted packs per minute or per shift, together with the product, dose, package, run duration and downstream condition. A mechanical cycle rate without those conditions is not an accepted-output requirement.
Installation, training, remote or on-site support, spare parts, manuals and other deliverables must be defined in the valid proposal or contract for the supplied configuration. Review the service and support scope before order release.
Send the installation destination and the exact document or compliance requirement. Applicability must be confirmed for the selected model, configuration and destination; a document for one machine or scope does not establish a site-wide claim.
INMAYPACK is based in Shanghai, China. Any visit, sample trial or project meeting should be arranged against the current project scope and production schedule before travel is booked.
Include the product, package drawing, fill requirement, accepted-output target, utilities, destination and any required line interfaces. The next discussion can then focus on the missing decisions and evidence.
